after the organizations that fund and support.. for the victims.
I have been thinking that the same approach can be used here
in the class action lawsuit against the Provincial Government of Ontario.
There is documentation for alleged criminal activity
social workers, CAS, (as reported in 2011 by
Andre Marin, Ontario Ombudsman and an investigative story by The Toronto Star)
doctors, hospitals.. that use our tax dollars to harm Ontario children and
families. All citizens of Ontario are victims and harmed by misuse of our
own tax money and suffer the affects of a diminished
economy, health system, social health and peace of our society.
One can sue the individuals that are participants in many
individual cases of using tax payers money to do harm but it is more powerful
here as a Social Justice tool to have lasting change with a big Class Action
LawSuit against the Government of Ontario
who funds, by using our tax dollars, all this various alleged criminal activity
and harm.

McGUINTY AND HIS GOVERNMENT "EVERY PENNY OF THIS HEALTH TAX WILL GO TO THE
HEALTH SYSTEM" WHY IS #APromiseIsNotAPromise
How are you and your government
different than the one before you? I like the tone of your
endeavors with teachers etc. – good, you are different. My cynicism says it is for votes; it is your
political survival. When you are
stronger you could flip like your predecessor.
Child Protect sent
your predecessor allegations with evidence of misspent and misdirected Ontario
health tax dollars. No response.
#APromiseIsAPromise Premier McGuinty and his government, which included you
Premier Wynne, made a promise to all of us on behalf of himself and you and
your formerHealth Minister Deb Mathews
etc. in 2003 as he instituted this large Health Tax (approx. $800/yr.) on
Ontario Tax Payers “Every penny of this Health Tax will go to the
Health System”
Dr. M. Gelber and
Presidents office of Scarborough General Hospital were told about allegations
that health professional and private for profit organizations are using the
resources of the hospital endangering patients and the public for a long time,
with witnesses and witness statements/affidavits.
Dr. Gelber, it is
reported, said after his investigation “They are criminals and it is a matter
for the police”. He also said the two
women who came to him that “they presented a very convincing picture”.
It was also reported
another doctor from Scarborough General said, “Patient admitted falsely”.
Dr. A. Snaiderman of
Toronto Rehab Hospital, the largest in the country, it is reported, tells the
police and other organizations fraudulent and untrue medical information,
regarding someone he has never met and does not know, on behalf of a health
professional colleague.
This health professional colleague it is
reported and documented, is charged with abuse of his daughter by the police
and another child talks about repeated beating by this health professional of
the children in his home while repeatedly drunk. A third child, it is reported, a little boy
says, because of the abuse by people in the house, crying “ I want to die I
want to die”
This misdirecting and
misspending of Public Health Tax dollars is reported to Toronto Rehab in 2010
and as a reward Dr. A. Snaiderman is promoted to Department head Of Psychiatry
in 2012.
Where is the report for this
investigation Premier Wynne?
Dr. Robert Bell the
head of U.H.N. University Health Network which oversees Toronto Rehabilitation
Hospital and the Public Health $$$$$$
that go to the entire University Health Network Lhin and it is under his tenure
and watch that this misdirecting and misusing of Public Health Tax $$$$$ is
taking place.
Was it under his
watch, it is reported in 2006 that Brain Trauma critically injured Ontarians
are flown out of the country because we could not take care of them here
because of the lack of resources here as reported in 2006. At this same time Toronto Rehabilitation
Hospital and Dr. A Snaiderman and Dr. Mark Bailey are aiding and abetting in
the misuse and misdirecting of those very precious resources affecting patient
life safety.
Dr. Robert Bells’
reward for this is he is appointed Deputy Minister of Health by Deb Mathews in
2014. Deb Mathews is The Ontario Health
Minister who it is reported and documented had received, in 2010, a report of
these allegations and a request to hold a Judicial Inquiry into same allegation
that were reported to be taking place in the University Health Network Lhin
which was under the watch of Dr. Robert Bell.
Where is the report of the
Investigation of the serious allegations given to The Minister of Health for
Ontario, Deb Mathews, of the misdirecting and misusing of Public Ontario Health
Tax $ for many years?
Premier Wynne these
allegations have enormous legal liability to your government and hospitals and
doctors from millions of Ontario taxpayers and patients affected because of the
misusing and misdirecting of Ontario public Health tax dollars. The liability could be very costly; in the
Billions of dollars.
Premier Wynne you
make a lot of “Good Promises” in
this election campaign 2014.
You made a promise
